The studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units are built among three different interconnected towers with amenities, community room, raised garden beds, and community room that features a pool table, kitchenette, and socializing area on the ground floor. A bi-weekly on-site food pantry meets the needs of seniors on fixed incomes. On-site enrichment services include senior fitness classes, health screenings, Medicaid and Medicare application assistance, computer training, financial counseling, and social events. Unique to Cuatro is a large exercise room featuring an indoor walking track and shuffleboard court. The rooftop deck is a popular destination during Balloon Fiesta or to enjoy Albuquerque’s famous sunsets.
Cuatro was completed with funding from the City of Albuquerque, the Housing Trust Fund, and utilization of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority.
