With a passion for property management and community advocacy, Kelle (she/her) offers Sol Housing over 15 years of industry expertise and a decade of non-profit leadership. Her career is marked by significant contributions, including nine years as the Executive Director of the Apartment Association of New Mexico, where she advocated for and educated rental property professionals. Kelle’s academic and professional achievements include a Bachelor’s degree from ENMU, ARM® designation in 1996, and CPM® designation in 2022 from the Institute for Real Estate Management. She currently serves on IREM National's Governance Committee. Her commitment to education extends to her roles as a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute and an approved instructor for the New Mexico Real Estate Commission. She is a past Board President of the New Mexico Society of Association Executives, and a past President of the Governing Council for Mountain Mahogany Community School. Beyond her professional life, Kelle is a dedicated community member, enjoying the vibrant culture of New Mexico through community workouts, theatre, and exploring the local craft beer scene.
